Refund policy

At Shenza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and a smooth refund process.

 Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product should be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • It must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and any freebies (if included).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper care

 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged product upon delivery

  • Size or style change request (if available in stock)

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • The amount will be refunded via your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/ JazzCash after confirmation.

 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [support@shenza.com] with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Pack the product securely and send it to our provided address.

  4. Once received, we’ll inspect and notify you about the refund/exchange status.

📢 Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • In case of repeated return abuse, Shenza holds the right to block future orders.

  • Please allow time for processing, especially during peak seasons.
